Test ZELIX! - Filtration of Wine Lees

Test for membrane filtration of wine lees at the HBLA Klosterneuburg for viticulture and fruit growing - research center of the Austrian Ministry of Agriculture.

With the ZELIX test system, the wine lees, which had previously been pre-filtered to the maximum extent with hollow fiber modules, was further concentrated as feed. The result was a clear permeate with a classic red wine color and increasingly concentrated permeate in the feed tank.

With the highly innovative ZELIX filter system, the wine lees could be further concentrated twice.
